Request deletion of your AiMock account

Use this page to request deletion of your AiMock account and associated account data. This same path can be opened from inside the app through your profile page.

Submit a deletion request

Enter the email address linked to your AiMock account. If you are already signed in, the form can use your current account details automatically.

What will be deleted

  • Account profile details such as your AiMock username, name, email, and Google sign-in linkage.
  • Personal learning records linked directly to your account, including saved exam attempts and progress data.
  • Study modules, personal AI chat history, device registrations, and notification records linked to your account.
  • Uploaded source materials and other account-linked content where deletion is technically and operationally feasible.
Shared or institution-managed records may be removed, anonymized, or minimized depending on whether they are required to preserve academic records, security evidence, or organization-level reporting.

What may be retained

  • Minimal security, abuse-prevention, and audit records.
  • Operational records needed to resolve disputes, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Billing or financial records, only if retention is required by law or tax rules.

Any retained records are minimized and generally kept for up to 90 days after deletion processing, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Deleting your account is not reversible. Once processing is complete, you may lose access to saved attempts, modules, chats, and other account-linked study history.
